ROCHESTER – Spencer E. Mills, 88, died at 5:24 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16, 2019, at Blair Ridge Health Center, Peru.
On May 16, 1931, he was born in Cass County to Eli and Rosella Westerhouse Mills. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War.
On Sept. 17, 1953, in Macy, Ind., he married Grace L. Floyd, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his brother, Bob Mills, Claypool.
Graveside services are 10 a.m. today in the Akron Cemetery with Terry Green officiating. Military honors will be accorded by the Fulton County Veteran’s Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honors Team.
The Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, was entrusted with arrangements.
