Apparently, the road through Sidney is like all roads in this country. Like Zimmer Road, which I live on, is more important to commerce than human life. As with all roads, people are not subject to speeding laws since our law enforcement does not enforce the posted speed limits. Drive on any road at the posted speed limit and you will be passed.
