Editor, Times-Union: I’m not sure what schools are teaching today, from what I hear socialism is creeping in. Aaron, you are a perfect example. Please tell me how many poor people have created jobs? It’s the people with money that create jobs and employ others who in turn have money. If you tax the wealthy you will see job hiring spiral even faster than what it is doing now. Also, many of the wealthy donate much to organizations to help those who have had bad luck fall on them.
Bobbie Stump was exactly correct in his letter. I’m by far not wealthy, but I would sure hate to live in a country where the wealthy had to be taxed so hard that jobs were closed. Obamacare will do a fine job on that one.
