ROCHESTER - Shirley N. Fulton, 73, of 410 Clay St., Rochester, died at 3 p.m. Nov. 21, 2007, in her residence.

She was born Jan. 26, 1934, in Syracuse, to Floyd and Iva Pearl Rarig Reed. On June 20, 1950, in Claypool, she married Arthur Louis Fulton, who preceded her in death Aug. 10, 1990.

She lived in Rochester for 56 years. She was employed at Torin Corp. for 17 years and also worked at Elks Golf Course, Ribordy Drug Store, Gaerte Engines, Vedders Lakeside Dining, Quick Lanes and, most recently, Dorothy's Hallmark. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge and the LeRoy Shelton American Legion Women's Auxiliary.

She was an avid bowler and went with her team to numerous tournaments. She enjoyed fishing on Lake Manitou and playing bingo, and also had been known to ride a snowmobile. She cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was very proud of them.

Surviving are three daughters: Vicki (and spouse James) Onstott, Rochester; Ronna L. (and spouse Ralph) Graham, Roanoke Rapids, N.C.; Jill (and spouse Glenn) Buttrum, Washburn, Mo.; three sons: Alan A. (and spouse Vicki) Fulton, Rochester; David W. (and spouse Linda) Fulton, Akron; Dennis D. (and spouse Debbie) Fulton, Bourbon; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Beverly Ryan, Syracuse; and a sister-in-law, Roberta Fulton, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her parents; a great-granddaughter, Madelyne; two brothers, Stan and Bud Reed; and a brother-in-law, Charles Fulton.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester, with the Rev. Buck Padilla officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.

Calling is from 5 to 8 p.m. today and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
