Shay was born Dec. 20, 1991, to Jeryl Monty Leamon and Tracey Dixon.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services is entrusted with the care of Shay. A Life Celebration® will be held on Saturday, July 30 at the Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts, 2515 E. Center St., Warsaw, from 1 until 4 p.m.
