Sharon L. Woodling, 78, Warsaw, died at 3:29 a.m. June 24, 2016, in her residence.
She was born Aug. 22, 1937, in Warsaw, to Adam and Esther Jones Gelbaugh. On June 19, 1959, in Warsaw, she married Terry L. Woodling, who survives in Warsaw. They were married 57 years.
A lifetime resident of Warsaw, she worked for Wal-Mart for 12 years as well as working for Mabel Hile as a beautician. She also worked as a self-employed beautician. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Warsaw, and Grace Brethren Church, where she taught as a Sunday school teacher. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Also surviving are her son, Terry A. (and spouse Grace) Woodling, Pierceton; three grandchildren: Amanda (and spouse Ben) Myers, Warsaw; Karissa (and spouse Jordan) Schrader, Larwill; Joey (and fiancé Laura) Wright, Plymouth; 13 grandchildren; a brother, Roger (and spouse Nora) Gelbaugh, Winona Lake; a sister, Linda Chapman, Warsaw; and three brothers-in-law: Larry Woodling, Carmel; James Steimatz, Orange County, Calif.; Dave Woodling, Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, Kenneth Woodling.
Services and burial will be at a later date.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted with the arrangements.
