My name is Michael Meade Jr. For sometime I have been searching for a half brother and sister. We share the same father.
You printed a story on the front page Sept. 13, 1977, concerning the stabbing death of our father, Michael Meade. There is no mention of my brother Michael (also) or Michelle (sister). I have been searching to no avail for years. Their mother's name was Lois Francis.
We managed to contact some of Lois' family, her half brother Ulysses Francis. He informed us she married and took on the name of Keefhaver (unsure of spelling). She was then believed to have moved west. No one heard from her since.
The children's names are Michael Meade and Michelle Meade, ages somewhere between 37-41 for Michelle, and 36-40 for Michael, born in Warsaw.
