School Stabbing Just A RumorThe assistant principal at Lakeview Middle School was NOT stabbed Tuesday, contrary to a rumor that was circulating.
Warsaw Community Schools Superintendent Dr. David Hoffert clarified on Wednesday morning what had occurred at the school involving Assistant Principal Todd Braddock.
“Yesterday at Lakeview there was a student incident where the assistant principal ended up with a scratch on his head from the incident. The assistant principal is fine. Disciplinary action will be taken. There was no stabbing or vicious physical harm. Again, safety and protection of our staff is a priority in these type of situations, so we did have the assistant principal checked out by the school nurse,” he said.
A notice did go out to parents to let them know that no stabbing had taken place.
