NORTH MANCHESTER - Sandra O. Borgmann, 69, of North Manchester, died at 9 p.m. March 3, 2008, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident on Ind. 114, Huntington County.

She was born July 30, 1938, in Roaring Spring, Pa., to Robert and Mildred Hoover Over. On June 25, 1960, she married Egon W. Borgmann, who survives.

She was a Roaring Spring (Pa.) High School graduate and completed her undergraduate degree at Juniata College in 1960. She also completed post-graduate course work in elementary education at Temple University. She was an elementary school teacher in the Upper Darby (Pa.) School District. Active in the church her entire life, she was at various times a member of Roaring Spring First Church of the Brethren, Trinity Presbyterian Church, Wilmington (Del.) Church of the Brethren and Manchester Church of the Brethren, after moving to North Manchester.

Also surviving are a daughter, Karin (and spouse John) Borgmann-Winter, Conshohocken, Pa.; two sons, R. Kurt (and spouse Loyce) Borgmann, North Manchester, and Kevin (and spouse Haise) Borgmann, Washington, D.C.; two brothers, R. Stanton Over, Lake Wylie, S.C., and John H. Over, Roaring Spring; and seven grandchildren.
