SYRACUSE – Sandra L. “Sandy” Bartels, 75, Syracuse, died at 8:10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, 2021, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Syracuse. She was born Aug. 4, 1946, in Goshen, to Edwin D. & Alice Louise Ritter Huber.
Private family burial will take place in the Syracuse Cemetery with Pastor Brad Cox officiating. No public services will be held. Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
