Samantha K. ‘Sam’?ShockSamantha K. “Sam” Shock, 62, North Webster, died at 5:34 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
She was born May 30, 1959, in Goshen, to Priscilla Frances Sicks.
She was married March 6, 1999, in Warsaw, to John G. Shock, who survives.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct, 19 at Owen Family Funeral Home, North Webster.
