Samantha A. Muchowicz, 2, of Warsaw, died at 3:40 p.m. May 25, 2007, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born Nov. 26, 2004, in Warsaw, to John and Matara Mignery Muchowicz, who survive in Warsaw.
A lifetime Warsaw area resident, she was a shining star, everything beautiful and loved to laugh. Everything was funny to her. She loved to sing, dance, choo choo trains and big trucks.
Also surviving are two sisters, Randi Muchowicz, Phoenix, Ariz., and Julia Muchowicz, Warsaw; a stepsister, Nikki Campbell, Phoenix; a stepbrother, Lance Campbell, Phoenix; maternal grandparents, Mark and Sandra Mignery, Warsaw; and paternal grandparents, Justin Muchowicz, Phoenix, and Christine Uhlig, Warsaw.
A graveside service will be at noon Wednesday at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with Pastors Terry Bradford and Sarah Tuttle officiating.
Calling is from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
