Ruth Evelyn Clark, 87, of 1322 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, died at 2:53 a.m. April 5, 2007, in Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City.
She was born Sept. 28, 1919, in Kosciusko County, to Edgar and Edith Hawkins Henderson. On April 25, 1943, in Tampa, Fla., she married Dale Clark, who died April 4, 1974. In November 1974, in Warsaw, she married George Clark, who died in 1994.
A lifetime Kosciusko County resident, she was owner of Ruth's Beauty Salon for 33 years. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Moose Lodge and American Legion auxiliaries.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Thomas (Patricia Dale) Hartman, Warsaw; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with Chaplain Tom Everett officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
