NORTH MANCHESTER – Ruth Cook Bowers, 90, Silver Lake, died Jan. 18, 2024, at her home.
Ruth was born at home in North Manchester on Sept. 5, 1933, to Emery E. and Mary E. Fingerle Cook. She married Robert Bowers on Sept. 16, 1951.
Family and friends may call Saturday, Jan. 20 from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Eel River Old German Baptist Brethren Church, Silver Lake. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 21 at the Eel River Old German Baptist Brethren Church. Burial will follow at the Eel River Old German Baptist Brethren Cemetery.
