ROCHESTER - Russell "Rusty" Fromme, 58, of 10402 S. Ind. 15, Silver Lake, died at 11:34 a.m. April 12, 2009, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born April 20, 1950, in French Lick, to Howard E. and Bettie Stroud Fromme.
He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran and a tree trimmer.
Surviving are five daughters: Betty (and spouse Todd) Deidel, North Platte, Neb.; Billie (and spouse David) Moore, Rochester, Wash.; Sandra Dale, Curtis, Neb.; and Brittany and Cheyenne Fromme, both of Rochester; two sons, Bruce Fromme, North Platte, and Dakota Fromme, Rochester; his mother and stepfather, Bettie and Wayne Wilson, Rochester; his father, Howard E. Fromme, Georgetown; two sisters, Sherry (and spouse Robert) Halterman, Macy, and Rebecca Fromme, New Albany; and four brothers: David (and spouse Kathie) Fall, Akron; Randy (and spouse Leona) Singleton, North Muskegon, Mich.; and Joe and Mike Fromme, both of New Albany. He was preceded in death by a son.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev. Wayne Balmer officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.
