ROCHESTER – Rose Marie Spangler Townsend, 46, Kewanna, passed away Dec. 10, 2016, at Franciscan Health Care Hospital, Indianapolis, following a four-year battle with leukemia. Born on Aug. 22, 1970, in Rochester, she was the daughter of William and Dollie Steffey Spangler. On June 29, 1990, in Logansport, she married Jay Townsend, who survives. A celebration of her life will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester. Burial will follow in Fulton Cemetery.
