ROCHESTER – Ronald E. Miller, 74,

Rochester, died at 4:06 p.m. Saturday,

Aug. 10, 2019, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort

Wayne.

Mr. Miller was born July 18,

1945, in Rochester, to Charles

R. and Marjorie McCalla Miller.

Ron served in the United States Army

during the Vietnam War from 1965-1971

and was honorably discharged, achieving

the rank of staff sergeant. He continued

his service as a member of the Indiana National Guard from

1981 to 1987.

On Nov. 24, 1973, Ron married Donna Jean Norris in

Rochester; she survives.

Services are at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15, in the Good

Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Larry Pyeatt

officiating. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. today, Aug. 14 and one

hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Military rites

will be conducted by the Fulton County Veteran’s Honor

Guard and the U.S. Army Honors Team, with interment in the

Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
