SYRACUSE — Robin Walter, 61, Syracuse, passed away March 6, 2017, at her home. She was born Feb. 7, 1956, in Franklin, to Lonnie E. and Letha M. Dicken Nixon. She was married Jan. 17, 2003, to Jeffrey A. “Jeff” Walter, who died Aug. 12, 2014.
