ROCHESTER – Robert P. “Bob” Brown, 93, Rochester, died at 5:45 p.m. Sept. 21, 2013, at Hickory Creek of Rochester. He was born Nov. 6, 1919, to Eugene and Ella Winn Brown. On June 22, 1938, he married Willodean Wagoner, who preceded him in death Nov. 11, 2007. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with the Rev.
