SYRACUSE – Robert Kramer, 67, of Syracuse, passed away Jan. 22, 2013, in his residence.
He was born Aug. 7, 1945, in Goshen, to Matthew and Julia Stump Kramer. His wife, Esther Kramer, survives in Syracuse.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving in Submarine Service. He was a real estate appraiser, operating Kramer Appraisal Service. He was a member of Wawasee Lakeside Chapel, Syracuse, and Friendship Harmony Baptist Church, St. James City, Fla. He divided time between his home on Lake Wawasee and spending winters in St. James.
Also surviving are a daughter, Lisa (and spouse Jim) Honey, Goshen; two sons, Mark (and spouse Kelly) Kramer and Jason (and spouse Justina) Kramer, all of Goshen; seven grandchildren; and a sister, Maxine (and spouse Joe) Hooley, White Pigeon, Mich. He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Wawasee Lakeside Chapel with Pastors Harlan Steffen and Brad Cox officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Marion National Cemetery.
Calling is one hour prior to the service Saturday at the chapel.
Eastlund Funeral Home, 7458 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
