Editor, Times-Union: Here we sit again and read of another unconstitutional action that Obama has done. I can’t believe we as Americans sit on our butts and let this man and his goons do the things they do.
For you all that don’t know, he signed a bill that pretty much gives the government the right to come in the middle of the night and haul you away and detain you as long as they want, maybe for nothing more than writing a letter to the editor such as this.
People, it is way past time to wake up here. Can’t you see what is going down here? We are looking complete take over right square in the face.
Hey, the government don’t like your religion, they can lock you up. They don’t like your letters, they can lock you up. I really do wonder if there will be a election.
You can call me paranoid if you want, but I think if you open up your eyes you can see the writing on the wall.
Another thing I suppose that we will lose here soon in Indiana is our unions or the strength of them. I’m sure Daniels and his Indy crony will get the RTW law passed here. When they have all them lobbyists camped out down there in Indy with their kick backs and cash flying around them, good ol boy politicians don’t care too much about hearing from the little man or woman.
Let me give a good example of why unions are good for Indiana. Right here in our area we have two of the biggest orthopedic companies in the world. Both pay dang good money and have good benefits for their skilled employees. One is union, one is not. Would the one that is not union pay their skilled help what they do if the other company wasn’t a union shop and payed well? I think not, but on a sad note they would rather bring in a temp, pay them low wages with no benefits and then let them go after two years then retrain someone else. Here again is where your company and CEO greed comes in.
By the way, Obama was supposed to be a big pro labor man and I have not saw him down at the statehouse talking to Daniels about the RTW law, have you? Just a few things to think about. Have a nice day.
