SYRACUSE – Ricky Lee Barker, 68, passed away April 14, 2015, in his home. He was born May 22, 1946, in Twin Halls, Idaho, to Frank and Audrey Barker. On Dec. 17, 1969, in Indianapolis, he married Brenda Ulmer, who survives. He served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1968 and was stationed in Korea. He was a lifetime craftsman-artisan. Also surviving are a son, Eric (and spouse Wanda) Barker, Oswego; a brother, Stephen Barker, Milford; a sister, Rebecca Snow, Flagstaff, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Memorial services will be from 1 to 4 p.m. May 23 at Eastlund Funeral Home, Ind. 13S, Syracuse.
