Rick Nelson, 68, Warsaw, died Monday, March 2, 2026.
He was born Oct. 25, 1957, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Dolly Madeline Holbrook Puckett and Rebel Nelson. On Sept. 28, 1999, Rick married Sherri Lynn Canary, who survives.
Rick’s life will be celebrated with a service at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 5 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, and officiated by Larry Oaks. Family and friends may visit prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
