Richard Basil Hoover Jr. NORTH MANCHESTER – Richard Basil Hoover Jr., 75, Servia, passed away Monday, Dec. 27, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne.
He was born to Richard Basil and Helen L. Hearrell Basil, in Royal Center, on Nov. 24, 1946.
He enlisted in the United States Army where he was a Vietnam veteran. He was honorably discharged from the military.
Family and friends may call Sunday, Jan. 2 from 3 to 4 p.m. at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be held at Crooked Creek Christian Cemetery, Royal Center.
The family of Richard Basil Hoover Jr. has entrusted McKee Mortuary with care and final arrangements.
