Rhoda Arnett died Dec. 19, 2025, at the Peabody Healthcare Center in North Manchester.
She was born to Arthur and Haley Prater Whitaker on May 24, 1939, in Salyersville, Ky.
On Aug. 27, 1955, Rhoda married Kernie Arnett; he died Feb. 3, 2022.
Family and friends may call Wednesday, Dec. 24 from 10 a.m. to noon at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling with Pastor Justin Harshman officiating. Burial will be held at Oaklawn Cemetery in North Manchester.
