He was born Feb. 16, 1914, in Kosciusko County near Sidney, to Melvin F. and Nettie Edith Tully Miller. He married Zola A. Simpson on June 29, 1946. She died Feb. 8, 2009. Calling will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 11 at Timbercrest Chapel, North Manchester. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 12 at Timbercrest Assembly Room, North Manchester. Pastor Kurt Borgmann will officiate.
