NAPPANEE — Ray Stutzman, age 73, formerly of the Nappanee area, died at 1:15 p.m. Monday, May 31, 2021, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. He had been in ill health since February.
Ray was born June 2, 1947, in Elkhart, to William L. and Lovina Hochstetler Stutzman.
Ray had worked as a truck driver and was a graphics auditor in the orthopedics field. He retired from the United States Army. Ray enjoyed hunting.
Surviving is his son, John Michael Stutzman, Warsaw; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters: Kay Fisher and Lora Stutzman.
Family and friends may call from 12 to 2 p.m. Friday, June 11 at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. Rev. John B. Lowe will officiate. Military services will follow by the Nappanee American Legion.
