Ray O. SkeltonSYRACUSE – Ray O. Skelton, 84, Syracuse, died at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021, at his home.
He was born on Nov. 30, 1936, in Goshen, to James and Anna Stingle Skelton.
He was a United States Army veteran. He was married on Dec. 23, 1966, in Goshen, to Loretta Keifer, who died May 16, 2021.
Cremation will take place at Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw. A private family Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse, is in charge of arrangements.
