SYRACUSE – Randall L. “Randy” Blackburn, 59, Milford, died at 2:58 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.
He was born Feb. 2, 1962, in Warsaw, to Thurston and Frankie A. Burchett Blackburn.
Private family services will be at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse. Burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery. A Celebration of Life service will be at a later date.
