Editor, Times-Union:
After reading Tuesday's paper concerning the animal abuse complainant sent to the prosecutor, my questions are:
1. If I see a wild dog, I call the sheriff's department and they call Jerry Clase?
2. If I see a dog tied and not being fed, I call the prosecutor's office and the commissioners?
3. If I see a raccoon during the daytime that looks sick, I call a private company and pay for the pickup myself?
4. If I see a cow that's loose, I call the sheriff's department?
5. If I see a deer hit by a car, I call the sheriff?
I live in the country and I need to know. Does anyone have a detailed playbook for me?
Thanks so much!
