Purdue Ext. To Hold Fall Prevention Program

NORTH WEBSTER - Purdue Extension Kosciusko County health and human science educator Shannon Shepherd will be presenting A Matter of Balance at North Webster Library, 110 E. North St., North Webster.  
This is an eight-week lesson every Monday beginning Jan. 8 and is being offered at either 10:30 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. or the afternoon session from 2 till 4 p.m. Register by email at shephe52@purdue.edu or by phone at 574-372-2340.
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. A Matter of Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.
