• 5:15 a.m. Monday - Keith Allan Dae Hyde, 35, of 2671 E. Robby Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 5:33 p.m. Monday - Felipe Santizo-Ramos, 28, of 504 Frazier St., Warsaw, arrested for promoting prostitution. Bond: $10,000.
• 6:18 p.m. Monday - Anthony Edward Castillo, 43, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 2:15 p.m. Dec. 22 - Interchange of U.S. 30 and Ind. 15 ramp H, Warsaw. Van-SUV collision. Drivers: Logan D. Brown, 27, West CR 350S, Warsaw; Jason D. Monetlongo, 52, Rochester. Injuries: Brown complained of abdomen/pelvis pain; Monetlongo complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:42 p.m. Saturday - Interchange of Ind. 15 and the 059 ramp D, Warsaw. Farm equipment-tow truck wrecker. Drivers: Kurt D. Laidig, 71, Mishawaka; Jeremiah J. Grimshaw, 34, South CR 400E, Claypool. Injury: Grimshaw had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 3 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of U.S. and South CR 250E, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Joby Popenfoose, 47, East Pierceton Road, Pierceton; Shannon R. Payne, 50, Columbia City. Injury: Payne had an abrasion to the shoulder/upper arm. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 10:55 a.m. Monday - Ind. 15, 465 feet south of Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Two-van collision. Drivers: Junior R. Hoagland, 88, South Ferguson Road, Warsaw; Cassandra D. Schmucker, 27, West Wallace Road, Warsaw. Injury: Passenger in Schmucker’s vehicle, Calvin Schmucker, 3, South Southwood Drive, Warsaw, had a bitten tongue. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
