• 12:25 a.m. Dec. 23 - Jeffery Kent Warner, 45, of 507 W. Shutt Ave., Silver Lake, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia with a prior, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish with a prior and operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $10,000.
• 1:11 a.m. Wednesday - Shawn Matthew Spencer, 29, of 507 N. Parkway Drive, Syracuse, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $10,000.
• 9:29 p.m. Friday - Brian Dewayne Redden, 42, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:46 a.m. Saturday - Alexander Perry Brown, 36, Elkhart, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault, strangulation, theft and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $15,000.
• 1:57 a.m. Sunday - Samuel Gray Lozier, 22, of 6009 E. CR 100N, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:01 p.m. Sunday - Fredy Lunez Jimenez, 30, of 2747 S. Woodland Trail, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 11:59 a.m. Dec. 19 - East Levi Lee Road, 200 feet west of North Runkle Drive, Warsaw. Pickup hit tree. Driver: Joel E. Ortiz, 23, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Injury: Ortiz had a fracture/dislocation to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:46 a.m. Dec. 21 - Intersection of Ind. 13 and East Trusdell Avenue, Syracuse. SUV hit snow pile and several trees. Driver: Skylar M. Swihart, 27, EMS B39 Lane, Leesburg. Injuries: Swihart complained of pain to the entire body; passenger, Heather D. Walker, 24, East CR 200N, Warsaw, had minor bleeding to the face. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 6:27 a.m. Dec. 23 - Ind. 19, 0.70 miles south of Ind. 10, Etna Green. Truck hit several trees. Driver: Nedal A. Elabed, 36, Mokena, Ill. Injury: Elabed an internal injuries to the entire body. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. KCSO.
