• 7:14 p.m. Saturday - Juan David Bautista Ramos, 31, of 1803 La Vista Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 4:44 p.m. Sunday - Roy Lee Allen, 47, of 403 Holiday Lane, Cromwell, arrested on misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:44 p.m. Monday - Alexander Morales Brea, 30, Elkhart, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia with a prior and operating a vehicle with a substance in the body - first offense. Bond: $700.

Injuries; Hohman complained of chest pain; Cook complained of face pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:10 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of East Center and South Cleveland streets, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Jillian Coulter-Smith, 21, Columbia City; Leonard O. Lehman, 63, Topeka, Ind. Injuries: Coulter-Smith and Lehman both complained of head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 5:14 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Four-vehicle collision. Drivers: Christian J. Davies, 28, Orchard Ridge Drive, Warsaw; Alexandra M. Frye, 28, Fort Wayne; Bianca A. Breading, 22, North CR 700W, Warsaw; Kenneth G. Stabler, 45, Leo. Injuries: Davies had an abrasion to the knee/lower leg/foot; passenger in Frye’s vehicle, Tea E.
