• 2:32 p.m. Wednesday - Rick Anthony Lupica, 55, of 1415 Wooster Road, #C, Winona Lake, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 5:08 p.m. Wednesday - Joseph Lee Stewart, 45, of 507 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy and resisting a law enforcement officer fleeing on foot. Bond: $1,500.
• 10:42 p.m. Wednesday - Elaina M. Wiseman, 21, of 407 E. Liberty Ave., Bourbon, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $10,000.
