• 7:19 p.m. Tuesday - Samy Ormandy, 21, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 9 p.m. Tuesday - Cecelia Rose Baist, 21, of 151 EMS C29A Lane, Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 7:46 p.m. Wednesday - Genaro Luquin Martinez, 41, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, lot 71, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 12:26 a.m. Thursday - Ernest Dale Wireman, 51, North Judson, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.
• 7:46 a.m. Thursday - Jervis Jesuss Manzanillo Rincon, 23, of 1553 Husky Trail, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $500.
• 9:46 a.m. Thursday - Jonathan Michael Baker, 35, of 1508 Tippecanoe Drive, #D2, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.

• 11:28 a.m. Sunday - East CR 100N, 300 feet east of North CR 300E, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Ashley N. Poe, 28, North Franklin Street, Mentone; Daniel E. Lyons, 49, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Injury: Poe complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 5:03 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Eli Lilly Road and North Warner Road, Syracuse. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Garrett A. Stuckman, 23, North Hoss Hill Road, North Webster; Richard A. Adams, 71, East Nokomis Drive, Syracuse. Injury: A passenger in Adams’ vehicle, Brenda K. Adams, 71, East Nokomis Drive, Syracuse, had a contusion to the abdomen/pelvis. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.
