• 11:07 p.m. Thursday - Carl Edward Coy Jr., 46, of 1202 Wooster Road, lot 2, Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 6:32 a.m. Friday - Christopher Andrew Tuttle, 32, Muncie, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.

• 4:26 p.m. Thursday - Ind. 15, 800 feet north of West CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Amber M. Lafollette, 36, Sand Hill Lane, Warsaw; Gabrielle C. Leupp, 20, Archibold, Ohio. Injury: A passenger in Lafollette’s vehicle, Zayda Lafollette, 10, Sand Hill Lane, Warsaw, had minor bleeding to the head. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
