• 11:23 p.m. Tuesday - Leonard Charles Greer, 38, of 8607 S. Yellow View Lane, Claypool, arrested for confinement, resisting a law enforcement officer causing bodily injury and battery against a public safety official with bodily injury. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:22 a.m. Wednesday - Cheryl Marie Matteson, 39, of 1342 Gable Drive, Warsaw, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 11:50 a.m. Wednesday - Jason Daniel McCord, 40, Elkhart, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:07 p.m. Wednesday - Charlie Gutierrez Tello, 24, of 8983 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior, disorderly conduct and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $10,000.
• 6:15 p.m. Wednesday - Amanda Nicole Denz, 44, of 226 W. CR 300S, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $15,000.
• 10:35 p.m. Wednesday - Wendell Hutch Cornett, 48, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested on a bench warrant and two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:59 p.m. Wednesday - Daniel A. Middleton, 62, of 1603 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:55 a.m. Thursday - Juan A. Soto Jr., 40, of 207 14th St., Winona Lake, arrested for refusal to identify self while stopped and being a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $10,000.

• 2:26 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East CR 450N and North CR 250E, Warsaw. Car hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Heather Gills, 41, East Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Gills had a fracture/dislocation to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
