• 12:27 a.m. Monday - Brittany Nicole Bryant Richards, 31, of 3750 Lake City Highway, #19, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $20,000.
• 8:56 a.m. Monday - Tessa Ann Semak, 21, Mishawaka, arrested for burglary with a deadly weapon. Bond: $75,500.

• 10:57 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and East Main Street, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Lillian O. Hoover, 17, Crestlane Drive, Warsaw; Sabrina Stafford, 30, Rosemont, Warsaw. Injury: A passenger in Hoover’s vehicle, Adelaide Hoover, 10, Crestlane Drive, Warsaw, complained of chest pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.
• 4:05 a.m. Monday - U.S. 30, 200 feet east of North CR 150W, Warsaw. Two-semi-tractor-trailer collision. Drivers: Brian Mathias, 59, Chillicothe, Ohio; Christopher York Rice, 33, Kouts. Injuries: Mathias complained of knee/lower leg/foot pain; York Rice complained of head pain; both refused medical attention at the scene. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. WPD.
