• 9:02 p.m. Monday - Dustin C. Hall, 32, Columbia City, arrested fo resisting law enforcement officer using a vehicle and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.
• 9:41 p.m. Monday - Jimmie Dale Harris III, 21, of 431 Kinney Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 6:41 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South Ind. 13, Winona Lake. Two-car collision. Drivers: Breanna M. Hoffman, 29, West CR 250N, Larwill; Rachel J. Kubsch, 34, Buchannan, Mich. • 7:36 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Center Street and North Ind. 15, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Callen T. Hoskins, 18, North Lake Placid Drive, Warsaw; Ryan C.
