• 6:27 p.m. Friday - Thomas Lee Ankrom, 37, of 3360 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a firearm by a serious felony, misdemeanor battery and intimidation. Bond: $50,000.
• 3:24 a.m. Saturday - Mark Anthony Schultz Jr., 26, White Pigeon, Mich., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:31 a.m. Sunday - Jacob Lawrence Bentley, 28, Topeka, Ind., arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $10,000.
• 2:34 p.m. Sunday - Eric Christopher Norman, 48, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #220, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $505.
• 6 p.m. Sunday - Lydia Ruth Leitch, 21, of 7727 W. CR 200N, Larwill, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 6 p.m. Sunday - Natasha Lauran Lynn Northern, 24, of 403 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 11 a.m. Monday - Osvaldo Avendano Vazquez, 36, of 1364 N. Copeland St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 11 p.m. Wednesday - U.S. 30, 100 feet east of South CR 500W, Warsaw. Truck hit trees. Driver: Shawn Farris, 54, Columbia City. Injury: Farris complained of elbow/lower arm pain. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:06 p.m. Friday - Intersection of North Park Avenue and East Center Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Tyler M. Swain, 30, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Hannah A. Lowman, 23, North Vale Street, Mentone. Injury: Lowman had a contusion to the face. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:51 p.m. Friday - Ind. 15, 500 feet south of Gilliam Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Mary K. Parrett, 92, West Tyner Drive, Warsaw; Elizabeth A. Willis, 52, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
