• 2:43 a.m. Tuesday - Dimitrius Jeremiah Nieves, 21, Chicago, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.
• 8:40 a.m. Tuesday - Jasalynn Rose Beabout, 20, of 3699 N. CR 175E, lot 183, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $500.
• 3 p.m. Tuesday - Tina Marie Cole, 44, of 106 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.

Ortiz, 35, East Springfield Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Short complained of neck pain; Ortiz had minor bleeding to the elbow/lower arm; a passenger in Ortiz’s vehicle, Ismael J.
