• 10:48 a.m. Friday - Cody Lee Stark, 32, New Ulm, Minn., arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, possession of paraphernalia and misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $10,000.
• Noon Friday - Daven Paul Gasaway, 29, of 5774 N. 2nd St., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear and five charges of felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:02 p.m. Friday - Tariq Mounyah Ivery, 28, Bremen, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 7:09 p.m. Friday - Dean Yosef Hajaji, 20, of 483 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.
• 7:09 p.m. Friday - Emilio Gomez, 19, of 403 N. Washington St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $500.
• 9 p.m. Friday - Robert E. McGuire, 74, of 302 Auditorium Blvd., Winona Lake, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 11:20 p.m. Friday - David Christopher Gumbert, 33, Greenwood, arrested for misdemeanor battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $500.
• 1:07 a.m. Saturday - Christian Ortega Malagon, 21, of 2337 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 12:05 p.m. Saturday - Gage Allen Waddle, 26, of 330 N. Walnut St., Etna Green, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation and felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 4:23 a.m. Sunday - Alex Theries Doll, 28, of 909 N. Old Ind. 15, Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:53 a.m. Sunday - Jorge Michael Moreno, 36, Hammond, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $10,000.
Incidents
• 7:45 a.m. Friday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 13400 block of North Hillside Drive, Syracuse. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:59 a.m. Friday - A person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 400 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:54 a.m. Saturday - Fraud was reported in the 9300 block of South Ind. 19, Akron. KCSO.
