The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:05 a.m. Tuesday - Thomas Charles Brown IV, 35, of 75 EMS B61 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 10:05 a.m. Tuesday - Joshua Allen Lopez, 33, Goshen, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $20,000.
• 10:05 a.m. Tuesday - Russel Dean Bird, 28, of 2303 W. Sunflower Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 10:05 a.m. Tuesday - Earl Hillis Smith Jr., 71, of 310 W. Boston St., Syracuse, arrested on two charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:12 a.m. Tuesday - Damien Wayde Petersen, 36, of 3012 W. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot and five charges of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $2,500.
• 2:18 p.m. Tuesday - Sherry Lynn Koser, 52, of 1410 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $10,000.
• 3:33 p.m. Tuesday - Jordan Maximino Contreras, 26, Goshen, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and intimidation. Bond: $10,000.
• 4:32 p.m. Tuesday - Alexandrea Jean Staab, 25, Columbia City, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.

Accidents
• 8:16 p.m. Sunday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and Ind. 13, Pierceton. Drivers: Richard Bacorn, 65, Orland Park, Ill; Christopher Lee, 47, Fort Wayne; John Lamourine, 41, Zanesville, Ohio. Injury: Bacorn was pronounced dead. Damage: $50,000-$100,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 7:20 p.m. Monday - Intersection of Epworth Forest Road and North Hoss Hill Road, North Webster. SUV hit bicyclist. Driver: Aaron Bowers, 31, Indianapolis. Injury: Bicyclist was flown to a hospital. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

Incidents
• 9:11 a.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of paraphernalia in the 1100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:23 p.m. Tuesday - Reckless driving was reported in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
