• 8:03 a.m. Friday - Tylynn Gene Watkins, 55, of 342 N. Main St., #8, North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond listed.
• 8:42 a.m. Friday - Brian Whitaker Bradley, 46, of 2828 E. Longspur Lane, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor probation violation. No bond set.
• 9:50 a.m. Friday - Kevin Eduardo Moyotl, 24, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #195, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:09 p.m. Thursday - Neglect of an animal offense was reported in the 3400 block of North CR 650E, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:48 a.m. Friday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension in the 4900 block of South Ind. 19, Mentone. Mentone Police Department investigated.
• 10:12 p.m. Thursday - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 700 block of North Huntington Street, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
