• 4:15 a.m. Sunday - Marcus Jay Burkholder, 19, of 6998 W. CR 1100N, Nappanee, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $500.
• 4:15 a.m. Sunday - Wyman Dean Schwartz, 20, of 38 4B Road, Nappanee, arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $500.
• 5:33 a.m. Sunday - Mercedez Jewell Marie Hurley, 18, of 7056 E. Heritage Drive, #21, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $700.
• 7:55 p.m. Sunday - Alexander Levi Cabrera, 21, of 1629 E. CR 200N, #127, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 8:26 p.m. Sunday - David Dwayne Hopkins, 59, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 10:09 p.m. Sunday - Brandon Lynn Taylor, 36, of 112 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. Bond: $500.
• 7:14 a.m. Monday - Kimberly Ann Slone, 40, of 951 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. No bond set.
• 10:17 a.m. Monday - James Douglas Stambaugh, 52, of 4678 Southeast CR 450W, Claypool, arrested for theft. No bond listed.
• 12:05 p.m. Monday - Shane Matthew Witmer, 42, of 7875 W. Lovetts Court, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear and sexual misconduct with a minor. Bond: $27,500.
• 1:34 p.m. Monday - Melvin Ramiro Oliva De Cid, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility with a prior. Bond: $500.

• 1:45 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of North CR 100E and Wellington Drive, Warsaw. Car-parcel delivery vehicle collision. Drivers: Jennifer Sanchez Cacahua, 27, East CR 200N, Warsaw; Jennifer Kerlegrand, 31, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Sanchez Cacahua complained of face pain; Kerlegrand complained of head pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:38 a.m. Sunday - Ind. 13, 500 feet south of EMS B8 Lane, Pierceton. Car went into ditch. Driver: Mercedez J. Hurley, 18, South West Channel Road, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 4:36 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 3600 block of North Ind. 13, Pierceton. KCSO.
• 7:28 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 7:58 p.m. Sunday - Money was reported stolen in the 2200 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:11 a.m. Monday - A welfare check was performed in the 6600 block of West CR 850S, Claypool. KCSO.
