• 12:40 p.m. Tuesday - Jeremy Jacob Neibert, 37, of 612 N. Lindberg Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. Bond: $40,000.

• 12:01 p.m. July 29 - Intersection of West Ind. 25 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Elana R. Padilla, 19, South Village Street, Pierceton; Michael W. Mosier, 73, West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Injuries: Padilla complained of head pain; Mosier had a fracture/dislocation to the elbow/lower arm; a passenger in Mosier’s vehicle, Randy L. Richardson, 47, Culver, complained of eye pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 9:52 a.m. Monday - East Old U.S. 30, 2,500 feet west of North CR 450E, Warsaw. Minivan hit rock pillar. Driver: Tara Williams, 53, Knox. Injury: Williams was unconscious. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.

• 7:01 a.m. Monday - East CR 100N, 106 feet east of North CR 300E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Seth Daniel, 21, Ira, Mich. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 2:04 p.m. Monday - North CR 650E, 1,500 feet north of East Old U.S. 30, Pierceton. Pickup left roadway. Driver: Daniel R. Lightcap, 50, Straughn. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 3:37 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West CR 900N and North CR 800W, Nappanee. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Bruce W. Tutorow, 67, North Walnut Street, Etna Green; Jacob L. Foster, 28, East CR 350N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
