• 10:05 a.m. Monday - Daniel Joseph Anderson II, 39, of 3405 E. Pleasant Grove Drive, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 10:50 a.m. Tuesday - Eric Nicholas Hoffhien, 44, of 625 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $20,000.

• 8:26 p.m. July 29 - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and East CR 250S, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Seth Typpi, 28, Westville; Ashleigh K. Le Count, 40, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Injuries: Typpi complained of pain to the entire body; Le County was unconscious; a passenger in Le Count’s vehicle, Eliza Le Count, 16, East Armstrong Road, Leesburg, complained of pain to the entire body. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:36 a.m. Saturday - North Lake Street, 412 feet north of Osborn Street, Warsaw. Motorcycle wiped out. Driver: Javier C. Puente, 24, Fort Wayne. Injury: Puente had an abrasion to the knee/lower leg/foot. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:48 a.m. Friday - Intersection of East Center and North Tamarack streets, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Wesley H. Hunt, 67, West Lovetts Lane, Warsaw; Michael A. McGlennen, 76, South Ind. 25, Mentone. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 2:45 a.m. Friday - Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 1200, Sidney. Van hit phone pole. Driver: Leo A. Chavez, 23, Gurnee, Ill. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 2:32 p.m. Saturday - East Center Street, 75 feet east of Argonne Road, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Christopher A. Skinner, 39, Ranch Road, Warsaw; Andrew L. Goss, 62, North CR 175E, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 1 a.m. Sunday - 109 E. Main St., Warsaw. Fire truck hit overhead door frame. Driver: Hastings Jaxson, 21, East Main Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
