• 8:56 a.m. Friday - Franklin Lloyd Seeley II, 53, of 6537 W. Grimme Lane, Claypool, arrested for resisting a law enforcement officer by fleeing on foot and driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $10,000.
• 9:46 p.m. Friday - Jae’vion Julius Lawson, 19, of 418 N. Roosevelt St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $500.
• 10:14 p.m. Friday - Timothy James Berkery, 71, of 201 N. Mulberry St., North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:09 a.m. Saturday - Guilmer Mancio Lucas Perez, 40, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #63, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:48 a.m. Saturday - Eduardo Daniel Cardoso Hernandez, 27, of 809 Sharon St., Winona Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:57 p.m. Saturday- Christopher Allen Skinner, 39, of 1417 Ranch Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $700.
• 4:10 p.m. Saturday - Tracy Renee Magee, 52, Niles, Mich., arrested for felony battery causing moderate bodily injury. Bond: $15,500.

• 12:25 p.m. Friday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 100 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 3:39 p.m. Friday - Drugs/narcotics were reported stolen in the 2800 block of West Old U.S. 30, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 6:53 a.m. Sunday - Elder neglect was reported in the 100 block of EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw. KCSO.
• 10:15 a.m. Saturday - A person was arrested for residential entry and criminal trespass in the 1300 block of Country Club Road, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:55 a.m. Sunday - A natural death investigation was opened in the 5600 block of South CR 350E, Warsaw. KCSO.
