County Jail Bookings
The following people were arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:50 p.m. Friday - Joshua Neil Lewis, 23, Mishawaka, arrested for attempted murder. Bond: $100,500.
• 4:17 p.m. Friday - Brady Scott William Meyermann, 21, of 759 S. Bunting Lane, #759, Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.
• 7:25 p.m. Friday - Michael Chad Engle, 52, of 4262 N. CR 700E, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear - infraction. Bond: $1,000.
• 11:26 p.m. Friday - Conner Michael Finch, 32, Indianapolis, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 1:09 a.m. Saturday - Bernie Joe Montileaux, 46, of 312 E. Williams St., Milford, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 1:15 a.m. Saturday - Gregory A. Hughes, 60, of 246 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 1:55 a.m. Saturday - Carey Lynn Noll, 49, of 208 N. Fort Wayne Ave., Warsaw, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $10,000.
• 8 a.m. Saturday - Jeremy Wayne Isley, 46, Kokomo, arrested for felony failure to appear. Bond: $50,000.
• 10:37 a.m. Saturday - Robert E. McGuire, 74, of 808 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:09 p.m. Saturday - Christopher J. Simpson, 50, of 8956 E. CR 500N, North Webster, arrested for disorderly public intoxication by alcohol. Bond: $500.
• 11:34 p.m. Saturday - Benito Cruz Mendoza, 21, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 1:10 a.m. Sunday - Daniel Hersch, 34, Seattle, Wash., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and refusal to identify self while stopped. Bond: $500.
• 8:17 a.m. Sunday - Jared Patrick Smith, 21, of 8758 E. CR 400N, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more. Bond: $700.
• 1:36 Sunday - Juan Mendoza-Esteban, 45, of 918 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery with a prior unrelated convection for battery. Bond: $10,000.
• 5:10 p.m. Sunday - Matthew Ryan Heine, 45, of 602 W. Section St., #111, Milford, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.

• 1:47 a.m. Friday - Ind. 19, 400 feet south of West CR 250N, Etna Green. Motorcycle left roadway and overturned. Driver: Brian K. Smith, 39, Coloma, Mich. Injury: Smith was unconscious. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

Incidents
• 7:17 a.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.15 or more in the 3800 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 4:33 p.m. Sunday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 2400 block of Jalynn Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:56 p.m. Sunday - A domestic complaint was reported in the 5100 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. KCSO.
